Please note that rolled posters are only available for customers residing in the UK, Guernsey, Jersey, and Isle of Man. For international orders, we can only ship folded posters.

Rolled Posters (UK, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man):

  • Please, add a poster tube to your order if you wish to receive rolled poster(s).

  • Please be aware that although the posters and tubes are free, a separate shipping charge will apply to cover the cost of delivery.

    • Guernsey & Jersey: £4.24
  • Orders totalling £100 or more within the UK, Guernsey, Jersey, and Isle of Man are eligible for free shipping of posters in a tube.
  • IMPORTANT: Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, the shipping charge for the poster tube is non-refundable unless there is an issue with the poster(s) received (e.g., we have mistakenly sent the wrong poster) or damage has occurred. In that case, please contact us at support@musikglow.com as soon as possible.

Folded Posters (International Orders):

  • International Shipping: For customers outside the UK, Guernsey, Jersey, and Isle of Man, we can only ship folded posters. While these posters may have folds, we take utmost care in ensuring they are well-packaged to minimize any damage during transit. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

FAQ

  • I have already placed my order, but I forgot to add a poster tube.
  • Please contact us at support@musikglow.com with your order number, and we will be able to amend it. The shipping charge will be applied accordingly.
  • I have changed my mind and want to add/remove a poster tube in my order.
  • You can contact us at support@musikglow.com with your request, and we will accommodate it. The shipping charge will be applied or refunded accordingly.
  • I have placed an order worth over £100, but I didn't add a poster tube.
  • No need to worry, we will send your posters in tube automatically.
  • I have 2 or more orders placed and together they are worth £100 or more. Can I get posters sent in a tube for free?
  • It might be possible, but it's not automatic. Please contact us at support@musikglow.com, and we will let you know your options.
  • The poster(s) for the album/product I have ordered are no longer available according to the product description, but I haven't noticed and accidentally added a poster tube to my order.
  • Please don't worry. This charge will be refunded. In most cases our team will notice this quickly and will process the refund as soon as possible, but you can always contact us at support@musikglow.com as well.
  • The product page says that the 1st press posters are provided on a first come, first served basis, and are not guaranteed. What should I do?
  • If you would like to receive your posters unfolded, please add a poster tube to your order. In case we are not able to provide posters for your order, we will refund the shipping charge.
  • I accidentally ordered a poster tube with the album/product, that doesn't include any poster/comes originally with a folded on-pack poster.
  • As mentioned earlier, in most cases our team will notice this quickly and will process the refund as soon as possible, but you can always contact us at support@musikglow.com as well.
  • I have received my order with rolled poster(s), but I have changed my mind, and I don't want them anymore. Can I return them and get a refund?
  • Please be aware that posters are considered a part of albums/products, and you have not been charged separately for the posters themselves but for the shipping fee. If you wish to return the posters, they must be returned together with their corresponding album/product. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.   • I have received my order, but I need to return some/all items. Can I keep the poster(s)?
  • Unfortunately, you will have to return the item(s) together with everything they originally came with, and that includes posters. For more information, see our general Returns and Refund Policy.
