The album was really well packaged so we were surprised to open it and find that the album case had a massive obvious crack across the front.... especially considering the box had no dents or damage. To me that suggests that the album was damaged before it was packaged/ dispatched. Which is really bad to knowingly send out damaged stock. Not sure I will order from here again as a result 😞
Otherwise delivered promptly after release date.

Update: Musicglow contacted me following this review. After sending them images of the damaged case they sent me a replacement jewellery case, which arrived safely and in perfect condition today. Many thanks for resolving the issue swiftly and with no fuss.
