Please allow at least 2 weeks from the release day for your pre-order item to be shipped. It takes some time for items to arrive from our suppliers in Korea. In case there is an unexpected delay, we will let you know by e-mail.

If your order includes available item(s) and one or more pre-order items, it will only be shipped after all items are ready and in stock.

Sometimes we need to divide larger orders into more parcels. We provide tracking numbers for all of them. You will be able to find all tracking numbers in your e-mail confirmation.

For domestic deliveries: If there has been no update for 5 days, please contact us at support@musikglow.com so we can look into it.

For overseas deliveries: Please note that deliveries abroad take longer and there is a considerable pause in tracking between the parcel leaving UK and entering your country. Please, contact us at support@musikglow.com if tracking has not been updated for over 10 days so we can look into it.

Unfortunately, this is out of our control. Every country has its own customs clearance process for imported items and we are unable to speed it up.

To comply with the law, we cannot undervalue your order or fill in custom declaration incorrectly.

Every country has its own laws when it comes to importing items from abroad. There may be a tax or duty that has to be paid before the delivery. Please, check with the customs office of your country if there might be any additional charge to be paid before placing your order.
